Monday

Breakfast: oatmeal with dried fruits or jam.

Lunch: soup with meatballs, chicken in the oven.

Dinner: lazy dumplings.

Life hack: if during the day you don’t have time to cook at all, then you can cook soup, marinate chicken and freeze dumplings on Sunday.

Boil more soup so that it remains for Tuesday.

Save the cooked chicken breast fillet for salad for dinner on Tuesday. The rest can be eaten with any side dish of your choice.

A chicken in the oven

 

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1.5 kg (whole gutted, a little more or less) Mayonnaise - 100 g (or sour cream) Garlic - 4-5 tooth. Vegetable oil - 50 ml. Spices for chicken - 2-3 tsp. Oregano - 0.5 tsp Mustard - 2-3 tsp Salt - to taste

Wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Mix all the spices with salt and rub the chicken on all sides, also inside. Wash the garlic and pass through the garlic press. Prepare a sauce of mayonnaise, garlic, mustard and salt to taste. Rub the chicken inside and out again with the sauce. Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. Ideally, this can be done in the morning and left to marinate in the refrigerator.

Place the chicken in a roasting bag. Add vegetable oil to the bag and tie. Poke a few holes in the top of the bag with a fork so it doesn't burst in the oven. Roast for 70 to 90 minutes, depending on the weight of the chicken. If you have a “grill” mode, then at the end of baking, carefully open the bag and leave for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 700 g Wheat flour - 200 g Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Flour may take more or less, it depends on the moisture content of the selected cottage cheese.

Salt the cottage cheese and add flour in parts. Stir first with a spoon, then with your hands. The dough should be soft, not tight. Don't overdo the flour. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts and roll each part into a sausage. Cut the dumplings.

 

Roll each in flour and freeze on a floured cutting board if you're not going to cook right away. Frozen dumplings do not need to be thawed. Immediately put in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes after the dumplings float to the surface. With a slotted spoon, transfer to plates and serve with sour cream, butter and/or jam.

Tuesday

Breakfast: cheesecakes (cook with the expectation that they will stay for dinner).

Lunch: soup with meatballs, fish in the oven with vegetables.

Dinner: breast fillet salad (postponed on Monday). When you boil the eggs for the salad, boil the eggs for the pie tomorrow as well. Cheesecakes (cooked in the morning).

Fish in the oven with vegetables

 

Ingredients:

Fish fillet - 600 g Onion - 1-2 pcs. Carrot - 1 pc. Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l. Sour cream - 4-5 tbsp. l. Salt - to taste Spices for fish - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste Lemon juice - to taste

 

Rub the fish fillet with salt, spices and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice. While frying the vegetables, the fish will marinate a little. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into slices or smaller, as you like. Fry the vegetables in a pan until soft, salt to taste.

 

Put the fillet in a greased form, grease the fish with half of the sour cream, put the cooked vegetables on top and brush with the remaining sour cream. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Breast fillet salad

 

Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 200 g Canned corn - 200 g Boiled eggs - 3 pcs. Green apple - 1 pc. Croutons - 50 g Mayonnaise - to taste

 

Prepare the chicken breast in advance in any convenient way and cool. Cut the chicken, eggs and apple into cubes. Add corn and crackers. Mix and season with mayonnaise to taste. Serve immediately so that the crackers do not get soggy.

Wednesday

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with vegetables.

Lunch: meatballs with sauce and garnish, vegetable salad.

Dinner: jellied pie.

Dough Ingredients:

Flour - 200 g Kefir - 1 stack. (200 ml) Soda - 1/3 tsp Egg - 2 pcs. Salt - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste Sesame - to taste Vegetable oil (for greasing the mold)

Filling Ingredients:

Boiled eggs - 4 pcs. Green onion - 1 bunch

 

Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with a fork with salt, add kefir. Beat again with a fork and add flour and soda in parts. Achieve a homogeneous dough according to the consistency of liquid sour cream.

For the filling, grate the peeled eggs on a coarse grater. Finely chop the green onion. Mix everything, salt and pepper to taste.

 

Lubricate the form with vegetable oil. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the mold, smooth it out. Spread the filling over the dough. Drizzle with the remaining batter, spread with a spoon to cover all the filling. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Thursday

Breakfast: pancakes with jam or condensed milk. Set aside some of the pancakes for dinner to serve with the filling.

Lunch: sorrel soup in meat broth, liver with onions and a side dish of buckwheat or rice.

Dinner: pancakes with meat, vegetable salad.

Boil more meat broth so that there is enough boiled meat for soup on Friday and pancake filling for dinner.

Life hack: borscht on Friday can be cooked on Thursday.

Pancakes

 

You will need:

Milk - 500 ml Eggs - 3 pcs. Flour - 250 g Salt - 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Beat the eggs, add salt and 100 ml of milk, beat again with a whisk. Pour in the flour and, vigorously breaking the dough with a whisk, add hot milk. The consistency is like 1% kefir.

Heat a well-oiled frying pan, distribute an incomplete ladle of dough over it and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Liver with onions

 

Ingredients:

Chicken liver - 500 g Mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 2-3 tbsp. Onion - 2-3 pcs. Salt - 1 tsp Paprika - 1/2 tsp Spices - to taste

 

Wash the liver, cut off the films. Onion cut into half rings. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Next, put the liver in the pan, fry over high heat so that it seizes on all sides. Dilute mayonnaise in 100 ml of water, pour over the liver and add spices, paprika and salt. Simmer covered over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Friday

Breakfast: pate from the remains of the liver (punch with a blender with the addition of butter). Make sandwiches.

Lunch: borscht with meat broth prepared on Thursday. Pilaf with chicken.

Dinner: cottage cheese casserole.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 600 g Eggs - 2 pcs. Manka - 4 tbsp. l. Sour cream - 5 tbsp. l. Sugar - 1 tbsp. l. Raisins - 50 g (can be replaced with candied fruits or dried cherries) A ​​bag of vanilla sugar - 1 pc. (optional) Salt - a pinch Butter - to taste

Mix semolina in a bowl with sour cream. Blend cottage cheese with a blender until creamy. Whisk eggs with sugar. Mix everything: cottage cheese, semolina with sour cream, egg mass. Add raisins or candied fruits.

 

Put the dough in a greased form, level it, dip a few small pieces of butter in the dough in different places at a distance from each other.

 

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
