Many believe that proper nutrition is torture, a wild diet and constant starvation. But this is nothing more than a delusion and a myth. First of all, proper nutrition is not a fleeting diet that makes you want to cry from hunger, but a balanced diet, the main task of which is to qualitatively improve human health.
Imagine that in your life the same Monday has come, from which everything will be different. Where to begin? It can be very difficult for beginners who have set foot on the "true path", because not everyone will be able to immediately give up their favorite junk food, which guards us around every corner. Yes, and it is not necessary to impose categorical moratoriums on yourself one after another from the first days.
Especially for you, we have prepared some tips on how to start changing your diet for the better.
1. Give up junk food gradually. In one fell swoop, abandoning the usual harmful products in favor of useful ones is not an easy task, at least in psychological terms. Those who tried to do this, most often break down and eat up 2 or even 3 times more than the spent kg in one sitting, and this gives up. If you decide to switch to proper nutrition, give up harmful foods gradually: first you can reduce the portion, then gradually give up sauces, fatty meats, buns, but the main thing is to allow yourself a little pleasure. Gradually, you will switch to PP by replacing products and will not break down.
2. Reward yourself. Of course, many nutritionists are opposed to encouraging their exploits with goodies, but fitness trainers, on the contrary, are for it, since your mood and state of the body depend on it. Set yourself a goal. For example: once I last a whole week on PP, I can afford to have a sweet cupcake in the morning. Upon reaching your goal and fulfilling your desire, set yourself a new one, the main thing is not to overdo it with rewards.
3. Set a clear goal for yourself. Everyone has different goals in this matter: someone wants to lose weight, someone is just tired of poisoning himself. But the goal must be in any case. Clearly decide what you want, support your desires with motivational videos, photos, articles, constantly keep this information in your head - and success will be guaranteed.
4. Count calories. In order to adhere to the PP, it is necessary to count calories, since just by eye (at least at first) you will not determine when you have reached / exceeded your norm. Fortunately, there are many special programs now that will do this for you. Based on the data entered (height, weight, workouts, foods consumed), they will give you all the information you need.
5. Cook from different foods, try new dishes. Buckwheat, boiled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers - all this, of course, is healthy and tasty, but only at the initial stage. Then there is addiction and rejection, you want something new, for example, a fried steak. Here is another reason for the breakdown. Don't let yourself get used to the products. Look for new recipes, buy different foods, experiment with light sauces. Any low-calorie meal can be delicious with unusual healthy ingredients.
6. Make the right choice. Sometimes you really want to eat a piece of cake for lunch instead of the usual light soup and salad, and of course you can do it, but we recommend that you first think about the consequences. Choosing a cake, you will not only dramatically increase the level of sugar in the body, but in the future you will simply remain hungry. In an hour, the cake will be digested in the stomach and you will want to eat again, the stomach will growl, beg for soup with salad, but you have already exceeded the calorie intake. Therefore, think before you eat something, and make the right choice.
7. Try not to starve or be hungry, especially near stores with your favorite temptations. So it is very easy to succumb to temptation and sharpen a couple of rolls that will smoothly move to the sides. To avoid this situation, always carry fruits, light salads in a container, healthy pita sandwiches, smoothies with you. When you feel hungry, just have a healthy snack.
And, most importantly, remember: in order to start changing your life for the better, it is not at all necessary to wait for Monday.
