The diet we should introduce you to is easy to follow. It lasts 7 days, during which it is forbidden to include salt, mayonnaise, vegetable fats and white bread in your menu. Sour cream, low-fat milk are allowed, and white bread is replaced with black bread.

Another important point is that you should not eat or drink (including water) after 18:00 in the evening. If you feel unbearable hunger, you can afford a glass of kefir or skim yogurt.

First day

  • Breakfast : 1-2 boiled eggs, a glass of kefir.

  • Breakfast : all fruits in reasonable quantities.

Sixth day

  • Breakfast : 1-2 boiled eggs and a glass of yogurt of your choice.
  • Lunch : vegetable salad with green spices, you can add a little chicken or fish (do not put potatoes).
  • Dinner : a glass of kefir and fruit of your choice.

Seventh day

  • Breakfast : a glass of kefir and fruit of your choice.
