A two-week diet for removing breeches, which gives fast results, combined with the appropriate exercises.

Breakfast (choose one of the options) :

Lunch (choose one of the options):

1 small loaf of wholemeal flour with one of the following:

  • 1 mashed banana with lemon juice;
  • 50 grams of salted tuna with lemon juice;
  • 2 tablespoons boiled beans;
Dinner (choose one of the options) :
  • 250 grams of skinless chicken leg, grilled, a large portion of vegetable salad;
  • 150 grams of grilled white fish, 120-130 grams of peeled potatoes, green beans, zucchini.
You can eat vegetables between main meals.
 

Do not sit in front of the TV, run, do exercises specially prepared for the relevant parts and generally lead an active lifestyle. The results will not be late.
