How to fight spring fatigue

Breakfast is mandatory
  • It is useful to eat a hard-boiled egg, and instead of coffee, drink a glass of carrot juice and by noon you will be cheerful and energetic.

 

Magnesium intake is beneficial
  • Exhausted by the winter cold, the nervous system will be grateful if you include in your menu products rich in magnesium (nuts, legumes, buckwheat, cocoa).

 

Can't do without vitamin C.
  • Our favorite vitamin C is especially needed in early spring. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, drink rosehip decoction, juices - all these products are rich in vitamins.
