The sun smiles seductively at us, awakening new life with its rays. But instead of rejoicing, we feel tired and apathetic. Why? The problem is that we need to cheer up our body. How? Very easy. The following tips are a real quick fix for spring fatigue . Look at them.

And as we mentioned vitamins ... Make a "bomb" out of them. You will get a shock dose by mixing equal parts dried apricots, prunes, lemon (with peel), raisins, dates. Grind all this, add honey if desired, and take 1 teaspoon 3-4 times a day.
And why not something sweet?
If you feel lethargy and drowsiness, support yourself with something sweet (cake, cocoa with cream, etc.). You will recharge with strength and vigor, but such foods should not be overdone, not taken several times a day, because then you will face pounds that you do not need.
