Bad Combinations Of Products - The Main Reasons And Rules

The combination of products is an important point and gives quick results. Some foods consumed together require 2-3 times more time for absorption.

People consume food in any  combination without thinking about the physiological laws according to which the human digestive system works. When making a diet, it is necessary to take into account the limits within which the digestive glands and the enzymes secreted by them can work normally. Only in this way can it be achieved that the food will bring maximum benefit and minimum harm. After all, in the end, we get health and strength not because of what and how much we eat directly, but because of the correct assimilation of nutrients present in the consumed  products . What can be guaranteed in the event that the stomach is protected from a  bad combination food If fermentation processes occur in the stomach and intestines, they will not be able to provide the body with the necessary energy, vitamins and nutrients contained in  food  .

Basic principles of product combination

The basic rule of combining products is that different products require different digestive juices with corresponding reactions for their assimilation, i.e., exposure to food of corresponding enzymes (enzymes).

The juices secreted by the digestive glands are complex, well-adapted to the performed functions, liquids containing enzymes. For each set of products , a suitable combination of digestive juices with specific properties is necessary (and therefore produced by the body). Digestive glands can secrete different amounts of juices that differ in their properties. The character of the juice corresponds to the requirements of the food it affects. Carbohydrate products receive juice rich in enzymes that break down exclusively carbohydrates, protein products - enzymes that act on proteins, etc.

Because, bad combinations of food can cause failures in the release of the appropriate digestive juices, which will lead to disturbances in the assimilation of food.

Fruits, if they are consumed correctly (fresh, raw, separately from other food, on an empty stomach, before meals), are usually absorbed within 40-60 minutes. Vegetables, consumed separately or in the right combination , are absorbed within 2 hours. At the same time, the human body is adapted to their assimilation both physiologically and genetically.

Regarding the combination of vegetables with other products , it is necessary to know several rules in order not to suffer from indigestion, discomfort, flatulence and other symptoms that can even lead to chronic diseases.

Fruits and vegetables are digested in the small intestine, leaving the stomach very quickly. Bread and meat, on the contrary, must first be processed by gastric juices. In the case of a combination of meat, bread and fruit at the same time, the fermentation process begins in the stomach with the formation of alcohol, acetic acid and other undesirable products . After all, products are not harmful by themselves, but their bad combinations are harmful .

Incompatible products , entering the stomach at the same time, disrupt the natural process of digestion and become poisonous.

Everyone knows that such products as: fish and milk - two proteins at the same time, milk and fruit - you should not combine fruit with anything, eggs and fish - again, two proteins at the same time, which causes overload of the digestive tract, peas and sugar - protein and carbohydrates are a bad combination , chicken and sour milk - the same two proteins, honey and butter - fats and carbohydrates.

The basis of every meal should be fresh green vegetables. Moreover, the main part of them (if not all) should be in raw form.

Oddly enough, it is undesirable to add a lot of oil and acid to salads: an excess of acid interferes with the assimilation of starch and proteins, and oil suppresses the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Cabbage and other vegetable juices stimulate the secretion of gastric juice, as well as enzymes, so it is very good to combine meat or fish with green vegetables.

Fruits consumed at the same time as other food can turn into a rotting mass in the stomach and intestines. That is why it is better to eat them separately - the body will need only 40-60 minutes for their complete digestion. Also, try not to combine sour and sweet fruits.

Products that are better consumed separately (PREMIUM)

  • Milk.

  • Melons They undergo the digestion process faster than other products , sometimes they are fermented even with fruits. Since melons are sweet fruits, they can sometimes be combined with sweet, but in no case with sour fruits.

  • liquids Usually, liquids should not be consumed with thick food. Liquids quickly enter the small intestine, washing away and diluting all digestive juices and enzymes, thus slowing down the digestion process. Fluids should be drunk at least 20 minutes before eating, not during or immediately after a meal. Liquids can also be consumed an hour after eating.

  • Fruits. They should be consumed separately, half an hour before eating, and never during or immediately after a meal. Fruits eaten separately are quickly digested and absorbed by the body, and together with other products , they are retained with food and cause decay processes.

  • Sugar. All sweet foods (candy, sugary drinks, etc.) should be consumed separately from everything, preferably 30 minutes before the main meal, and should not be eaten during or immediately after eating.

  • Fruit juices. All fruit juices enter the small intestine faster than fruit pulp. Delayed excretion of juices with thick food leads to fermentation. Therefore, juices should be consumed separately.

  • Sour fruits. Sour fruits slow down the breakdown of protein and starch and begin to ferment if eaten with heavy meals due to slowed digestion. For some reason, sour fruits should be consumed on an empty stomach. However, they can be eaten before the main meal with salad and vegetables, but should be avoided in combination  with sweet fruits.

  • Dairy products . Milk, milk drinks, yogurt, sour milk cheese, ice cream - preferably consumed separately.
