Why and how bay leaves are used for weight loss

  • A more effective liquid is obtained if you boil 3 bay leaves in 100 milliliters of water. If you want the effect to be softer, use 1 sheet and the same amount of water.

About the menu

A rich diet has been developed, which includes lean meat, light soups, vegetables, fruits, cereals, dairy products. Of course, the most important ingredient in it is bay leaf. Every day for a week should drink 3-4 cups of tincture or decoction of the plant.

Breakfast (one of the following):
  • rye bread sandwiches with hard cheeses;
  • skim cottage cheese with dried fruit.
Lunch (one of the following ) :
  • chicken soup or lean meat soup of choice;
  • steamed vegetables;
  • fish;

When preparing the soup, add bay leaf.

Afternoon breakfast (one of the following ) :
  • fresh fruits;
  • baked fruits;
  • cottage cheese.
Dinner (one of the following ) :
  • boiled buckwheat;
  • boiled rice;
  • boiled eggs.

Do not add salt when cooking.

* During the diet (except laurel liquid) you can drink coffee or tea without sugar or dairy products. It is obligatory to take about 2 liters of water a day.

 

Contraindications to the diet

Despite their undeniable healing properties, bay leaves are not suitable if you suffer from any of the following diseases and ailments:

  • constipation;
  • colitis;
  • gastric and intestinal ulcers;
  • Crohn's disease;
  • not to be consumed during pregnancy and lactation.

With the excretion of excess fluid from the body, useful substances are washed away (for example: potassium, calcium, magnesium), so it is necessary to get additional important elements and vitamins.
