Few people refuse a sweet piece of happiness, because everyone loves desserts: both adults and children! Cherry is not only a delicious berry, but also a bright accent of many desserts, especially chocolate ones. Therefore, in anticipation of the opening of the cherry season, we suggest stocking up on simple recipes for desserts with cherries.

Cupcakes with chocolate cream and cherries

175 g flour A pinch of salt 85 g chilled butter 85 g sugar 3 egg yolks 350 g fresh cherries 3 tbsp. l. sugar 1 tbsp. l. alcohol (brandy, cognac) 250 g dark chocolate 225 g whipped cream

To prepare the baskets, grind flour and salt with diced butter into crumbs, then add sugar (85 g). Make a small indentation, lay out the yolks, knead the dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Prepare the filling: cherries (set aside 12 cherries for decoration) with sugar and alcohol, place in a saucepan, cook over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cut out 4 circles from the dough and form tartlets by placing them in molds. Prick the dough with a fork and bake at 190 degrees until golden brown (7-8 minutes). Heat the cream, but do not boil, add the chocolate melted in a water bath and stir until smooth. Put cherries in syrup on the bottom of the tartlets, pour over with chocolate cream and garnish with fresh berries. Bon appetit!

An original way to prepare and serve your favorite dessert! Crush the cookies into crumbs, mix with butter and brown sugar. Put the resulting crumb into jars and press down a little with a spoon. Then beat cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, whip the cream and add to the cream cheese, mix. Arrange the creamy mass in jars, leaving a little space on top for cherries. Put cherries, sugar, water into a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat, you will get cherries in sweet and sour syrup. Decorate jars with cooled cherries and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. This dessert is the perfect treat for any occasion!

 

Chocolate pie with cherries and chocolate cream

Just imagine: a delicate, melting in your mouth chocolate biscuit with cherry pieces and chocolate cream... Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath, cool a little, beat in the eggs, add powdered sugar, flour and mix well. Add soda and fresh cherries to the resulting dough. Put the dough into a mold and send it to the oven for 40 minutes. Cool the finished pie. For the cream, in a saucepan, combine 1 can of condensed milk, 1 cup chocolate drops, 1/2 teaspoon salt and heat over low heat until smooth. Pour the resulting cream over the cake and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Decorate the cake with fresh cherries, grated chocolate and serve with tea!

How quickly you cook this pie, so quickly eat it! Beat eggs, sugar and butter at room temperature until smooth. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the egg mixture. Put the resulting dough into a mold lined with parchment paper. Place pitted cherries on the dough and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Treat your loved ones to delicious pastries!

Chocolate cakes with cottage cheese cream and cherries

100 g dark chocolate 120 g butter 150 g sugar (100 g for dough, 50 g for cream) 4 eggs (2 for dough, 2 for cream) 150 g flour 1 tsp. baking powder 300 g soft cottage cheese (cream) 1 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar (cream) 300 g cherries (syrup) 100 g sugar (syrup) 5 tbsp. l. water (syrup)

Melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter in a water bath. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. For the curd cream, beat the curd cheese, sugar and eggs. Add melted chocolate and flour with baking powder to the egg mass. Put 2/3 of the chocolate dough into the baking dish, then the curd cream and fill with the remaining dough. Bake the cake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. While the cake is baking, prepare the cherry syrup: place the cherry, sugar, water in a saucepan and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved (10-15 minutes). Cut the finished cake into pieces and decorate with cherry syrup, as in the photo.

Chocolate tart with fresh cherries

125 g melted butter 80 g brown sugar 155 g flour 30 g cocoa A pinch of salt 125 ml cream 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 80 g dark chocolate 3 tbsp. l. sugar 2 tbsp. l. flour 2 tbsp. l. almond flour 300-350 g fresh cherries

Combine melted butter with sugar (80 g), add flour, salt and knead soft dough. Then evenly distribute the dough in the form, do not forget to form the sides, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, whip the cream with the eggs, vanilla, melted chocolate and sugar (3 tbsp), then add the flour. Important: All ingredients must be at room temperature. Send the base (dough) to the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. After 5 minutes, remove the form with the base from the oven, sprinkle with almond flour, lay out the pitted cherries (300 g), pour over the chocolate and egg mass and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Let the tart cool, garnish with the remaining fresh berries and enjoy!

There is probably no person who has not tried this magical cake! The dough for tubules is prepared on the basis of butter, sugar, sour cream, flour, salt and baking powder. Tubes are formed from the dough with cherries as a filling and baked in the oven at 180 degrees. Ready tubes are generously smeared with classic sour cream and folded into a "house". Decorate the cake with grated or melted chocolate.

Homemade ice cream with cherries and blueberries

1.5 cups cherries 1.5 cups blueberries 0.5 cups sugar 4 tbsp. l. water 2 cups Greek yogurt honey

Place cherries, cherries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring the mass to a low boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the berries are soft. Beat the resulting mass with a blender until smooth, pour into ice cream molds and send to the freezer for 1-2 hours. Then add a little honey to the Greek yogurt and put it on the frozen berry mass. Put it back in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
