Necessary products:

  • 4 eggs  
  • 100 grams of coconut shavings
  • 1 box (375 grams) sweetened condensed milk

Preparation:

Beat the eggs in a pile. Without stopping the process, pour the milk, add the coconut shavings, grated lemon peel, and condensed milk.

Make liquid caramel and pour it on the bottom of a baking dish. It should also cover the walls of the dish.

Then pour the milk-egg combination and turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
