Preparation:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Pour the boiled condensed milk into the yolks and mix well. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until "hard peaks" are obtained. Add them to the milk and egg yolks, mix thoroughly. Distribute the cream in suitable cups or bowls and store it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Garnish with almond leaves and serve.
