Consumption Of Tea Reduces The Risk Of Alzheimer's

3 cups of tea a day are enough to reduce the risk of cognitive decline at a later age by 43%.

Consumption of three cups of tea a day can improve memory quality with age.

 
A study for this purpose involved about 1,500 men and women who consumed more than four cups of tea a day. The results show that the risk of memory loss in volunteers is reduced by ¾.
 
The researchers found that even just 3 cups of tea a day was enough to reduce the risk of cognitive decline at a later age by 43%.
 
They explain that some of the compounds contained in tea protect the brain from degeneration and the accumulation of amyloid plaques , the main reason for the development of Alzheimer's disease.
 
 
Further studies are still needed to determine whether daily tea consumption is sufficient to prevent the risk of dementia .
 
Experts remind that one of the safest ways to maintain a good memory is regular physical activity and a healthy diet.
 
The results of the study are published in the journal Advances in Nutrition .
 
Another study found that tea consumption maintains vitality, increases performance , allows thought to flow quickly and smoothly, and increases overall tone.
 
However, tea should not be overdone, because of the caffeine content in the drink.
