1. Basil ice cream

 

The taste and aroma of basil will turn ordinary ice cream into a culinary masterpiece!

In a saucepan, bring milk, cream and crushed basil to a boil. In a deep bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar and pour half the milk mass into them in a thin stream, whisking constantly. Then return the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool the milk-basil mass and pour into a container in which you will freeze ice cream, cover with cling film and send to the freezer.
