Cooking Salads And Appetizers With Apples

1. Fried apples for garnish

 

You will need:

2 apples; 20 g butter; 2 tbsp. l. Sahara; a pinch of cinnamon; 1 tsp pink pepper (dried or canned)

Wash the apples, cut into slices, remove the seeds. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the butter. Add sugar, cinnamon and pepper. Warm up the spices and lay out the apple slices. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft (5-10 minutes).

2. Meat salad with apples

 

Ingredients:

400 g of beef; 4 eggs; 2 medium potatoes; 250 g of white or Beijing cabbage; 150 g canned peas; Big apple; 1 st. l. vinegar 9 percent; salt, pepper, mayonnaise to taste.

Potatoes, eggs and beef must be boiled until tender. It will take about 2 hours to cook the beef at a low boil. Cut the cabbage like for borscht. Fry in a skillet with oil, salt and vinegar until set and soft. Boiled eggs, potatoes, beef and apple cut into cubes and put in a bowl. Add peas, drain first. And cold cabbage. Mix, season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Decorate with chopped herbs. Salad ready!

3. Cod liver salad with apple

 

For puff salad with cod liver and apple you need:

3 potatoes cooked in uniform; Apple; boiled carrots; 180 g canned cod liver oil; 3 art. l. mayonnaise; herbs and green or onion to taste.

Peel the boiled potatoes and grate directly into the salad bowl with the bottom layer. Put pieces of cod liver on potatoes, after draining the oil. Sprinkle the liver with chopped green or onion. Lubricate the layer with onions with mayonnaise. Rub the peeled apple and brush again with mayonnaise. The final layer will be grated boiled carrots. You can decorate with green onions, other herbs or pomegranate seeds.

4. Sprat with an apple under a fur coat

 

Ingredients:

200 g canned sprats; 2 boiled potatoes; boiled carrots; 2 boiled eggs; bulb; boiled beets; small apple; 1 tsp vegetable oil; 3 art. l. mayonnaise.

Grease the silicone mold with oil. Put the grated yolks in the bottom layer, then the grated squirrels and grated carrots. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Spread the grated beets and grated apple on top, grease again with mayonnaise. Put chopped onion and sprat without sauce or oil on mayonnaise, and finish the salad with grated potatoes. Let the salad cool for a while, then put a dish on the dish and turn the dish over. Carefully remove it and decorate the salad with beets or carrots.

5. Lavash roll with tuna and apple

 

Ingredients:

pita; Apple; a can of canned tuna; bell pepper; greens to taste; a spoonful of lemon juice; a few tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Throw the tuna on a sieve. Wash greens and vegetables. Peel the apple and pepper from the seeds and cut into small cubes, chop the greens. Drizzle the apple with lemon juice and let sit for a few minutes. Then mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise. Spread the filling over the pita bread and roll into a roll. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate until serving.

6. Salad of fried chicken, apple and blue cheese

 

This salad is a great meal replacement! You will need:

a handful of salad mix or spinach; chicken breast; a small bunch of seedless grapes; celery branch; Apple; a piece of blue cheese (gorgonzola, for example); 3 art. l. olive oil; 1 st. l. lemon juice; salt, pepper to taste; breast frying oil.

Lightly beat the chicken breast with a fist, salt, pepper and fry in a hot grill pan or regular pan with the addition of a spoonful of oil until tender (the juice should be clear when pierced). Select and cut into slices. Rinse vegetables, cut apples into thin slices, celery into slices. Remove the grapes from the branches, cut the cheese into pieces. 

Arrange the lettuce mix or spinach on a wide platter, spread the other ingredients, and drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice dressing.

7. Pancakes from zucchini and apples

 

To prepare a healthy vegetable baking you will need:

vegetable marrow; Big apple; egg; a handful of raisins; 3 art. l. with a hill of flour; salt, sugar, butter to taste.

Pour boiling water over the raisins for 5-10 minutes, then drain, wash and peel the vegetables. Cut out large seeds from the zucchini. Coarsely grate the zucchini and apple, squeeze out the excess juice. Add salt, sugar, raisins, egg, mix. Add flour and mix again.

Heat the pan over high heat, grease with oil, spread the dough with a spoon, forming pancakes. Lower the fire to medium. Flip the pancakes, then fry over low heat until golden brown. Serve warm with sour cream and/or honey.

8. Forshmak from herring with apple

 

Ingredients:

400 g herring fillet; 50 g matzo; 100 g of oil; bulb; Apple; 2 boiled eggs; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; 1 tsp vinegar 6 percent. (or 9 percent).

Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Chop boiled eggs, mix with apple and chop again with a knife. Soak matzah in water. Cut the herring into cubes, add to the finished mass and detail everything together with a knife. Squeeze the matzah from the water, add to the board to the resulting mass, chop again. Use a knife to add room temperature butter to the mass. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add vinegar and oil, mix. Serve in tartlets or on bread.
