Regular consumption of cucumbers helps to improve vision, as it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can reduce the risk of cataracts . In addition, cucumber contains 95% water and vitamin E, which plays an important role in improving the condition of the skin around the eyes. Cucumber can be applied externally on them to remove dark circles and puffiness.
Eating cucumber slices can eliminate bad breath by eliminating bacteria and germs that cause bad breath and can lead to gum disease.
Cucumber contains ascorbic and caffeic acid , which strengthen tendons, cartilage and bones. Vegetables also contain silicon dioxide, important for the formation of connective tissue, which in turn helps to strengthen weakened bones.
