Purpose of the diet

The diet has a reduced energy value, the amount of protein corresponds to the physiological norm or is slightly above it. The intake of sugar and confectionery is excluded. The diet moderately limits the content of salt, cholesterol, extracts, increased content of lipotropic substances, vitamins, nutrients (cottage cheese, lean fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, whole grains. Preferably cooked and baked foods, more rarely - fried and stewed.Sweeteners (xylitol and sorbitol) are used to sweeten food and beverages.The temperature of the dishes is normal, the diet is 5-6 times a day, distributing carbohydrates evenly.

Chemical composition and energy value:

  • protein - 80-90 g (55% animal);
  • fat - 70-80 g (30% vegetable);
  • carbohydrates - 300-350 g (mainly polysaccharides);
  • table salt - 12 g;
  • free liquids - 1.5 liters;
  • calorie content - 2200-2400 kcal.
Bread and bakery products
  • about 300 grams a day of rye bread or bran bread .;
  • Butter and puff pastry foods are prohibited.
Soups
  • of various vegetables, beets, meat or vegetable porridge, lean lean meat, fish, mushroom broths with vegetables, permitted cereals, potatoes, meatballs;
  • the diet does not allow strong and fatty broths; milk with semolina, rice or noodles.
Meat and birds
  • lean beef, veal, rabbit, lamb, chicken, pork, lamb, turkey (cooked, stewed or roasted after cooking, finely chopped or sliced); dietary and diabetic sausages, boiled tongue; limited consumption of liver;
  • the diet does not allow: fatty meats, duck, goose, smoked foods, canned food.
Fish
  • low-fat types - boiled, baked, sometimes fried. Canned fish in own and tomato sauces;
  • not allowed: oily fish, canned in oil, caviar.
Dairy products
  • milk and yoghurt products, semi-skimmed and skimmed cottage cheese and dishes with such; limited cream intake; desalted and skimmed cheese;
  • not included: salty cheeses, cream.
Eggs
  • maximum 1 egg and a half, soft-boiled or hard-boiled, egg whites, yolks are avoided;
Cereals
  • are limited to acceptable carbohydrates; buckwheat porridge, barley, oats, legumes;
  • rice, semolina and pasta are strictly limited.
Vegetables
  • vegetables within the permissible carbohydrates: carbohydrates are also found in carrots, beets, green peas; preferably vegetables containing less than 5% carbohydrates (cabbage, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, eggplants; can be eaten raw, cooked, baked, stewed, rarely fried;

Appetizers
  • vinaigrette, fresh vegetable salad, meat, jelly fish, seafood salads, lean beef patchouli, unsalted cheese;
Fruits, sweets, confectionery
  • fresh sweet and sour varieties of fruit (and wild), prepared in any way; jellies, mousses, compotes, sugar-free candies (with sweeteners); honey is limited;
  • the diet does not allow: raisins, grapes, bananas, figs, dates, sugar, jam, candy, ice cream.
Sauces and spices
  • weak and lean broths of meat, fish, mushrooms; vegetable decoction, tomato sauce; the intake of pepper, horseradish, mustard is limited;
  • spicy, greasy and salty sauces are forbidden.
Beverages
  • tea, coffee with milk, vegetable juices, unsweetened fruits (including berries), decoction of rose hips.
Fat
  • excluded: animal fats and cooking fats.

About the menu

  • 1st breakfast: skim cottage cheese with milk, buckwheat porridge, tea;
  • 2nd breakfast: decoction of wheat bran;
  • Lunch: vegetarian fresh cabbage soup, prepared with oil, boiled meat with milk sauce, stewed carrots, fruit jelly;
  • Afternoon snack: fresh apples;
  • Dinner: cabbage schnitzel, fish cooked and baked in milk sauce, tea.
