This diet does not contain strict restrictions and allows any methods of culinary processing of food. It is recommended to exclude hard-to-digest and spicy foods from the menu.

You can eat:

  • all options of soups in both meat and vegetable broths
  • meat and fish dishes of any culinary processing, boiled sausages
  • dairy products
  • eggs
  • dishes from different cereals
  • dishes from legumes
