This diet is based on the regular consumption of celery soup, which is prepared using the following products: celery (200 grams), 6 carrots, 2 onions, 2 green peppers, 6 tomatoes, green beans, and cabbage. All this is finely chopped, poured with tomato juice (1.5 liters), or 3 liters of water. Boil for 20 minutes.
Whether to boil in water or in tomato juice, celery does not lose its useful properties - all amino acids, oils, trace elements that slow down aging, heal nerves, improve water-salt metabolism and stimulate the secretion of gastric juice. < / p>
This soup removes accumulated carbohydrates in the body, helps with liver disease, diseases of the blood, kidneys and urinary system, allergies, arthritis, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, obesity, even nerves. You will become slim and healthy.
Diet can be followed for 2 weeks. During this period you should eat celery soup in combination with vegetables (raw), fruits, meat, fish and drink plenty of fluids.
