If you strictly follow the recommendations, you will lose 6 to 10 kilograms of weight in 10 days. Exactly how much depends on the characteristics of the particular organism and the amount of fat accumulation (the degree of obesity).

The 10-day regimen can be repeated after 2 months at the earliest.

Cabbage juice is a wonderful cosmetic that has a rejuvenating effect. Therefore, the vegetable liquid is used to rinse the face and is added in the preparation of various cosmetic masks. At home you can make one by grinding a few cabbage leaves with a meat grinder and apply the resulting slurry on the face for 20-30 minutes. Then the mask is washed off.   • Breakfast: green tea, coffee (unsweetened), water (non-carbonated and demineralized);

  • 2 hours before bedtime drink a glass of skim kefir (1%).

Cabbage salad at any time can be replaced by  cabbage soup  with vegetables (you can alternate them).
