Diets According To The Type Of Character

Recently, the diet according to the type of character and temperament of the person has become extremely modern and widely used ...

Diet for phlegmatics

Phlegmatics are extremely calm, perceptive, slow and even a little boring people. They have established habits and orders for absolutely everything and do not like to change them. As for nutrition, they like to eat quietly for hours and in good company. If phlegmatics want to lose weight, they first read all the available literature, compile a menu and before starting the diet decide that it is not necessary to undergo this torture.

Therefore, the so-called lazy diet is most suitable for the phlegmatic type of people.

Lazy diet

Breakfast is optional - 30 grams of muesli soaked in a glass of skim milk. If you do not like it, you can replace it with a toasted slice of rye bread and a piece of low-fat cheese. Drink a glass of orange juice for breakfast.

Lunch is also not strictly fixed and may be to your liking.
Make a sandwich of black bread, 75 grams of cheese or cottage cheese, finely chopped green onions and cucumbers. This lunch is not only delicious, but provides the body with the necessary amounts of calcium, vitamins and minerals, and calories are minimized.

Dinner can consist of low-calorie foods and necessarily some salad. For example, you can afford 150 grams of boiled chicken or turkey, and for garnish - 75 grams of baked potatoes or 125 grams of boiled.

This diet is not much different from a normal and healthy diet, so it does not burden the phlegmatic, does not cause discomfort or hunger pangs. The main thing in this diet is that you can eat everything that tastes good to you, but do not overdo it and reduce the portions of food you eat.

The lazy diet gives slower results than the previous two. With her weight loss is gradual, but on the other hand it is imperceptible and does not require will and effort.

If, however, you feel hungry between meals, you can afford some fruit or vegetables, but by no means a cake.

Diet for melancholics

Life is suffering" - this, according to psychologists, is the motto of melancholics. The melancholic is silent, secretive, does not like changes of any kind and often falls into depression. Therefore, in order not to disturb his already fragile mental balance, it is not recommended to apply heavy restrictive and stressful diets. What can help in the fight against excess weight is the application of lemon-copper unloading days.

Lemon-copper unloading days

You should not eat anything on one day of the week, so you can drink lemon-honey juice. It is also extremely easy to prepare - squeeze the juice of eight lemons, add 2-3 tablespoons of honey and mix well. Add to the mixture half a liter of still mineral water and shake.

The resulting syrup is extremely rich in vitamin C, B vitamins, carotene, minerals and enzymes. Although you have not eaten any food during the day, the feeling of hunger will not appear at all - honey gives energy and calms the appetite. During the day, in addition to lemon honey syrup, you can drink unlimited amounts of green tea and, of course, water.

This type of diet gives good results and does not stress the body. It is recommended to do such unloading days 3-4 times a month (once a week), but not more.
