For breakfast you can prepare a "Beauty Salad" - a few tablespoons of cottage cheese, fresh cucumber, tomato, green onion, dill, parsley. It will not "stick" to your figure, but will only improve the condition of your hair, skin and nails. You can season the salad with skim sour cream, yogurt or kefir.

Dill tea

Decoction of fennel before meals

Contraindications to dill

It should not be considered that once it is a food supplement, every single product is safe for health. An overdose of anything is harmful, and the aromatic plant is no exception to this rule. Therefore, you should not consume more than 7 tablespoons of dill in a day.

If headache, dizziness, or severe fatigue occur during treatment with the plant or as a weight loss agent, the herb should be discontinued.

Large amounts of fennel seeds are contraindicated for people with hypotension (low blood pressure).
