Double Dose Of Coffee A Day - Double Risk Of Stroke!

In this article, learn more about Double Dose Of Coffee A Day - Double Risk Of Stroke!. An extra cup of coffee a day can be fatal to health ....

Two or more cups of coffee a day increase the risk of a stroke in the brain causing a stroke, according to a new study published in the journal Neurology .

Lovers of large amounts of coffee a day often suffer from high blood pressure, narrowing of blood vessels and increased secretion of norepinephrine.

Norepinephrine is released under stress from the adrenal medulla and increases cardiac activity.

One hour after drinking coffee, there is a risk of stroke due to dilation of blood vessels. Two hours after ingestion, the risk disappears. During this period, it is not recommended to drink extra coffee, due to the increased risk of stroke, experts advise.

Harvard researchers tracked 400 people who suffered a stroke, finding that an hour before the stroke, they were consuming coffee.

Researchers do not find the same connection with the caffeine contained in tea or car.

Large amounts of coffee a day increase the risk of stroke, but eating foods and drinks rich in antioxidants can neutralize the harmful effects of coffee, experts say.
