Characteristic

Tocopherols (vitamin E) are the best nutritional antioxidant, in nature they come in different forms, which are characterized by different activity and functions, also protect the human body from the adverse effects of toxic substances. Contained in various types of oils, milk, chicken eggs. Tocopherol helps the body fight free radicals, which increase the body's vulnerability at the cellular level due to lowered immunity and general tissue aging.

Use

Mainly used for medical prevention. It is added to foods to enrich them with vitamin E and have a longer shelf life.

Regular intake of a concentrated mixture of tocopherols leads to:

  • significant delay in cell death
  • significant increase in the performance of cells as a result of their enrichment with oxygen
  • improving cell nutrition
  • prevents the formation of blood clots, protection from the effects of toxins and the products of the breakdown of free radicals
  • strengthening the heart muscles
  • strengthening the walls of blood vessels

Impact on humans

Once in the body, the concentrated mixture of tocopherols is actively absorbed in the stomach and intestines, where a significant part of the substance penetrates the lymph, where it moves rapidly through cells and tissues. Tocopherol is excreted in the bile and a small amount in the urine after metabolism.

When the substance is deficient, diseases of the nervous system and anemia appear in the body. In newborns, underweight is deficient in vitamin E. Knowing this, doctors recommend that parents provide the child with the necessary food containing the vitamin.

Tocopherol is a fat-soluble vitamin, dissolving it is concentrated in body tissues. Its deficiency is extremely difficult to diagnose and the symptoms appear after a long period of time. The need for additional intake of the substance can be determined only by a specialist.
