Painted quail eggs for Easter

Quail eggs have an original natural color, so you can dye them with less bright natural dyes. We will need eggs, a few tablespoons of vinegar, a bunch of parsley, one beet, turmeric. Beetroot infusion will turn the eggs dark pink, turmeric yellow, and parsley broth will give the testicles a khaki color.

Stuffed pink eggs with mushroom filling

Preparing such a festive egg appetizer is as easy as shelling pears. Boil the eggs, cut them lengthwise and select the yolk. Place boiled eggs in beetroot or turmeric infusion. For the filling, use the yolk and mushrooms fried with onions. You can decorate the eggs with olives and capers.

Salad with beef and egg roses

The festive salad is based on fried strips of beef. We supplement it with fresh cucumber, walnuts. We fry pancakes from eggs and green onions, roll them up and cut them.

fake hare

A wonderful hot dish of minced meat will appeal to everyone without exception. We suggest mixing minced chicken and pork, so it will be juicier and more satisfying. Before baking in the blank, we will hide the boiled egg, which will decorate our dish and add extra flavor. Serve the hare with sauces - mushroom, garlic or horseradish. As a side dish, both vegetables and cereals are suitable.

red easter

We will add frozen cherries to the traditional Easter ingredients, this will bring juicy sourness to the taste of the dessert and color it pink. If desired, cherries can be replaced with raspberries or even raspberry jam.

Easter cake with fondant (Orthodox paska)

An invariable attribute of Easter is a yeast cake. According to this recipe, you will get soft, fragrant and porous pastries with wonderful fudge. You can decorate the cake with confectionery sprinkles or candied fruits.

Eggs dyed for Easter

With the help of natural dyes and onion peel, we will color chicken and quail eggs for the holiday. Ready eggs can be decorated with stickers.

Chickens on champignons

From boiled eggs, red bell pepper and black grains we will make chickens with a beak, eyes and a crest. And we will plant them in a nest of fried champignons. The appetizer is very easy to prepare and looks great!

Salad "Easter wreath"

The composition of the festive "wreath" is simple - liver, mushrooms, hard cheese, onions and tomatoes. Boil the liver and rub it on a large grater. Saute mushrooms with onions. Then mix all the ingredients and put in a wreath. Decorate with tomatoes, onion feathers and parsley.

cold cuts

Boiled pork, salami, pastorma - choose your favorite mix and place on a large dish with an overlap or in the form of a basket, as shown in the recipe. You can dilute the meat with herbs and vegetables - fresh or pickled.

Bream baked with mayonnaise

White sweetish bream meat is baked under mayonnaise until perfect juiciness. You only have to add aromatic herbs. The dish looks amazing! Serve the fish with slices of lemon. Boil rice for garnish.

Kulich "Cruffin"

Delicate rich crumb, golden crispy crust and incredible zigzags sinking under a layer of powdered sugar. Easter cake "Cruffin" - very beautiful and insanely delicious!

Easter with chocolate

We will add pieces of dark chocolate to the curd mixture of this Easter, then we will put it in a bean box or a flower pot and put it under a press for 12 hours. Pour the finished Easter with melted chocolate and sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles.

Easter Menu: Option III

Snacks

stuffed tomatoes

Baked chicken on a garlic pillow

Yeast cake

Dried fruits compote

We suggest dyeing eggs according to one of the recipes I and II presented in the menu.

stuffed tomatoes

Tomatoes can be stuffed with mushrooms, meat, vegetables. We will bake them in the oven under a plump hat of grated cheese. It will turn out a juicy and satisfying snack, which, moreover, looks great on the festive table.

Salad "Easter egg"

The Easter egg shape can be given to any dense salad, but we suggest making a great salad with chicken breast, Korean carrots, eggs and cheese. The ingredients are wonderfully combined with each other, and the preparation of such a salad will take a minimum of time and effort. Be sure to try!

Baked chicken on a garlic pillow

For such a fragrant hot dish, you need a whole chicken, a lot of garlic and a little bit of spices. You won’t have to mess around for a long time, the only thing is that it will take time to peel the garlic, but there is a life hack for this: put the garlic in a jar with a lid and shake it. By the way, garlic turns out to be insanely delicious, so do not feel sorry for it.

Yeast cake

Yeast dough, tin cans and a little magic of your hands - these are the ingredients of a wonderful Easter cake. Of course, it will take a little more time and a time-tested recipe.

Dried fruits compote

Cook dried fruit compote - apples, pears, prunes - and serve in a jug. The spicy taste and wonderful aroma of the viscous drink will send you straight to childhood.

Happy, kind, satisfying and healthy Easter to you!
