Undoubtedly, in the arsenal of every housewife there are proven recipes for signature dishes for Easter. But sometimes you really want to cook something new and interesting.

We offer a selection of very simple recipes for spectacular dishes for Easter. 

Biscuit cake with cream

 

Biscuit Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 cup; Sugar - 1 cup; Butter - 50 grams; Chicken eggs - 3 pieces; Baking powder - 1 tsp; Salt - to taste.

Cream Ingredients:

Sour cream - 500 grams; Sugar - 100 grams.

Additionally:

Canned peaches or pineapples - 400 g (or a large jar); Chocolate - 100 g; Confectionery topping or candy in the form of testicles.

Let's make a biscuit first. Beat eggs until white foam forms with sugar. Add salt, add sifted flour and baking powder in portions. Mix with a spatula. Put the dough into a round detachable form greased with butter and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees or until a toothpick is dry. Cool the finished cake and cut lengthwise into three equal parts.

Let's prepare sour cream for the cake. This will take a few minutes, you need to beat sour cream with sugar with a mixer. Adjust the amount of sugar to your own taste.

Lubricate each layer of biscuit with cream, lay out slices of peaches or pineapples (you can add fresh berries), cover with the next one and repeat everything. At the end of cooking, the top of the cake and the sides are simply greased with cream. The cake must be in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. 

You can decorate the cake with melted chocolate, coconut flakes, canned fruit or Easter sweets.

Cottage cheese Easter with candied fruit and chocolate

 

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 500 grams; Candied oranges - 50 grams; Lemon candied fruits - 50 grams; Butter - 100 grams; Cream - 4 tbsp. l.; Egg yolk - 2 pieces; Sugar - 6 tbsp. l.; Vanillin - a pinch.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add candied fruits, cut into small cubes, and butter. Warm up the cream. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, slowly add the eggs to the warm cream, then heat everything together, stirring constantly, but do not bring to a boil. Place the pot in a water bath and let cool. Mix cottage cheese with candied fruit with egg mixture and mix well.

Line the form for Easter with a damp cloth and fill with mass. Cover with a lid, put a press on top and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Put the finished Easter on a plate, decorate with chocolate.

Easter sheep from yeast buns

 

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3 cups; Dry yeast - 2 tbsp. l.; Milk - 2.5 cups; Egg; Butter - 50 grams; Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.; Sugar - 5 tbsp. l.; Salt - to taste.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and leave for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, beat the egg, add softened butter and sugar to it. Mix yeast diluted in milk with egg, butter and sugar, mix, add vegetable oil. Add flour and salt to the resulting mass, knead the dough, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half, it should rise three times.

Divide the finished dough into 12-14 balls, leave a little dough to form the legs and ears of the lamb. From the balls lay out the torso of the lamb on a baking sheet covered with paper, from the remaining dough - the head, ears, tail, legs, eyes can be made from raisins. Leave for another 20-30 minutes. Then send it to the oven. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.

Ready-made pastries can be decorated with powdered sugar or coconut flakes.

Salad "Easter Chicken"

 

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 2 pieces; Chicken breast - 300 grams; Pitted prunes - 100 grams; Cucumbers - 2 pieces; Egg yolks - 3 pieces; Mayonnaise - to taste.

Cut the chicken breast, cucumbers, boiled eggs and prunes. Mix and season with mayonnaise. Put the salad on a plate in the shape of an oval and sprinkle with grated yolk. Next is a matter of fantasy. Turn the salad into a lovely little chicken that will surely brighten up your holiday table.

Canape with egg, radish and cucumber

 

Ingredients:

White shaped bread - 8 pieces; Eggs - 4 pieces; Radishes - 4 pieces; small cucumber; Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.; Mustard - 1 tsp; Salt and pepper - to taste; Greenery for decoration.

Hard boil the eggs, cool and cut into small cubes. Add mayonnaise, mustard and stir. Pepper and salt to taste. Cucumber and radish cut into thin slices. Cut the crusts off the bread and cut into small squares.

Put egg salad on bread, decorate it with slices of cucumber, radish and herbs. Light snack is ready!

Dessert "Nests with eggs"

 

Ingredients:

Sour cream - 120 grams; Butter - 120 grams; Flour - 300 grams; Baking powder - 1 tsp; Sugar - 60 grams; Boiled condensed milk - 120 grams (for cream); Butter - 120 grams (for cream).

Combine sour cream, softened butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth. Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.

Crumble the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes until a beautiful golden hue.

While the dough is baking, mix the boiled condensed milk and softened butter.

Mix the cooled pastries evenly with the cream, form nests. Leave in the refrigerator overnight. Decorate the dessert with whipped cream and egg-shaped sweets. The perfect dessert for a festive tea party is ready!

Easter tartlets with cream and apricots

 

Ingredients:

Flour - 1 1/2 cups; Cream cheese - 220 grams; Condensed milk - 1 glass; Lemon juice - 5 tbsp. l.; Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp; Butter - 200 grams; Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup; Cornstarch - 1 tbsp. l.; Canned apricots for garnish

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.

Beat the butter, flour, powdered sugar and cornstarch until smooth and roll into balls with a diameter of 3 cm. Place in basket molds, form sides and prick the dough with a fork. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool down.

Fill dessert with cream and garnish with canned apricot halves, cut side down. Bon appetit! 

Festive puff salad with tuna and vegetables

 

Ingredients:

Canned tuna - 1 can; Boiled potatoes - 3 pieces; Boiled eggs - 2 pieces; Boiled carrots - 1 piece; Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces; Cheese - 150 grams; Mayonnaise - to taste; Salt and pepper - to taste.

Potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles cut into cubes. Separate the tuna from the liquid and mash with a fork. Lay out the salad ingredients in layers. Lubricate each layer with mayonnaise.

The first layer is potatoes, the second layer is tuna, the third layer is eggs, the fourth layer is cucumbers and the fifth layer is carrots.

There are many ways to make a salad. For example, use rings for baking cakes, if you don’t have them, it doesn’t matter, put the dish in a transparent salad bowl. The salad will look great!
