Sandwich with ham and avocado

 

Ingredients:

Avocado - 1 pc. Toast bread - 6-8 slices Turkey ham - 3-4 slices Cream cheese - 3-4 tbsp. l. Lettuce leaves - 1-2 pcs. Salt, pepper - to taste

Cut the avocado pulp into slices. Brush the bread with cream cheese. Top with ham, lettuce, avocado. Cover with a slice of bread and cut in half. By the way, if you want, brown the bread beforehand in a toaster or in a frying pan.

Brie sandwich with avocado

 

Ingredients:

Avocado - 1 pc. Whole grain toast bread - 4-6 slices Brie cheese - 125 g

Peel the avocado, carefully remove the pulp and cut into slices. Cheese also cut into thin slices. Spread cheese on bread, top with avocado. If desired, sprinkle the sandwich with sesame or other seeds, ground pepper and drizzle with a couple of drops of lemon juice. Enjoy!
