We prepare original desserts from cookies, waffles, bread and cottage cheese. Let's do without the oven!

Waffle Strawberry

Ingredients:

waffles with cream filling - 350 g, fat sour cream - 150 ml, boiled beets, sesame seeds and sugar at your discretion.

First you need to grind the waffles into crumbs in any way. Then we shift them into a deep bowl and add sour cream. Mix thoroughly to achieve a smooth consistency. Now, as if in kindergarten, we sculpt "berries". Gently lower the workpiece with a spoon into the beetroot juice, which was squeezed out in advance. Our blanks should be well painted, and after that we roll the “berries” in a mixture of sesame and granulated sugar. Leaves can be made from marmalade. Ready!

Waffle cake

We will need:

waffle cakes - pcs. 20-25, chicken yolks - 4 pcs., Milk - 1/2 l, butter or margarine - 50-60 g, flour - 100 g, sugar - 80-100 g, vanilla sugar and citric acid - a pinch each.

Put two chicken yolks in a bowl and add milk, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Whisk with a whisk for two minutes. Pour everything into a bowl with a non-stick coating and, adding citric acid and flour on the tip of a knife, mix.

Place over medium heat and simmer, stirring, until thickened (about 5 minutes). When ready, mix the butter into the cream and, having covered, put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half. Layer the cakes with the cooled cream. We coat it on all sides and again send it to the cold for impregnation. After 8-10 hours, you can cut the cake into squares or triangles, decorate with any topping.

Cake without baking with berries and coconut

Prepare:

shortbread cookies - 400-450 g, strawberries - 300 g, cottage cheese - 400 g, sour cream - 1/2 l., sugar - 1/2 cup, coconut flakes - 80 g.

We shift sour cream and two packs of cottage cheese into a bowl, add strawberries there (previously washed with leaves and tails removed). Leave a few pieces for decoration. Beat the ingredients laid out in a bowl in a lush mass, while adding coconut flakes, about half the required amount. We cover the detachable form with baking paper.

We spread the cookies on the bottom and alternate the layer of cookies and the layer of curd cream. Coat the cake with cream completely and put it in the refrigerator. After impregnation, sprinkle with coconut flakes and decorate with strawberries.

Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave, and beat the sour cream with powdered sugar. We will lay out the ingredients in layers in a small but deep glass dish in this order: bread crumbs, sour cream, jam or syrup, melted chocolate. We repeat in the same order. And, of course, decorate to your liking.
