The study involved 93,600 women aged 25-42 years.
Researchers suggest that consumption at an earlier age may be even more beneficial in reducing the risk of heart attack later in life.
The study did not take into account factors such as high blood pressure, family history of heart attack, body weight, alcohol use, coffee, smoking.
