Egg Diet: Detailed Menu For The Week

By following this diet, you will eat a lot of boiled eggs, oranges, give yourself a couple of fasting evenings and lose lunch once a week.

By following this diet, you will eat a lot of boiled eggs, oranges, give yourself a couple of fasting evenings and lose lunch once a week. If everything suits you, we move on. If in doubt, read about the "5 tablespoons" diet (link at the end of the article).

 

During the egg diet, drink more water and green tea without sugar.

Important! Do not play with your health, lose weight only for yourself and be sure to consult a doctor or nutritionist before starting a diet.

Monday

Breakfast. 2 oranges, 2 boiled eggs, a glass of skimmed milk.

Dinner. A glass of yogurt, 300 g of boiled or steamed chicken breast.

Dinner. 200 g boiled chicken breast, boiled egg, orange.

 

Tuesday

Breakfast. 2 boiled eggs, a glass of water with lemon.

Dinner. 200 g stewed fish, grapefruit.

Dinner. 3 boiled eggs.

Wednesday

Breakfast. 2 boiled eggs, a glass of orange juice.

Dinner. 200 g boiled or stewed beef with vegetables, orange.

Dinner. 3 boiled eggs.

 

Thursday

Breakfast. Omelet from 3 eggs with vegetables, coffee with milk.

Dinner. 200 g boiled beef, orange.

Dinner. boiled egg, 2 oranges.

 

Friday

Breakfast. 2 boiled eggs, carrot salad with sour cream.

Dinner. 2 raw carrots, orange.

Dinner. Hard boiled egg, 200 g stewed fish.

Saturday

Breakfast. A glass of yogurt, orange.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 2 oranges.

Dinner. Glass of water.

 

Sunday

Breakfast. 2 boiled eggs, half an orange.

Dinner. 200 g boiled beef, half an orange, an apple.

Dinner. A glass of yogurt.
