Ranetki or Chinese - small apples with a tart taste - are ideal for thick jam. With homemade buns, pancakes or a long loaf - just class!
For jam you will need (yield: 2 jars of 450 ml each plus a small bowl):
1 kg of peeled wounds; 500 g of sugar; 100 ml of water.
Wash the apples, cut out the core. And this is the longest part of the preparation.
Put the apples in a saucepan, add sugar and cover with water. Heat until sugar dissolves, then simmer for 20 minutes. If you plan to cook stuffed pastries with boiled ranetki, then at this stage you can lay out apples in clean jars. And for jam, punch the contents of the pan with a blender, boil over low heat to the desired consistency (or just bring to a boil) and pour into sterilized jars. Roll up with clean lids and cool upside down in a warm place. Ready!
An unusual and fragrant preparation of tomatoes and dark grapes. Add garlic, basil, pepper, it will turn out just super! And pickled grapes are our new discovery!
Ingredients (for 2 liter jars):
1 1/2 kg small tomatoes; 1 liter of water; 500 g of grapes; 4 cloves of garlic; 6 black peppercorns; 4 sprigs of fresh basil; 2 tbsp. l. 9 percent vinegar; 4 tbsp. l. Sahara; 1 st. l. salt; 4 sprigs of fresh parsley.
In clean jars, put equally peeled garlic cloves, peppercorns, basil sprigs. Put washed and toothpicked tomatoes in jars, alternating with washed grapes. Add sprigs of parsley and pour tomatoes in jars with boiling water, leave for 15 minutes. Then pour the water from the cans into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil. Pour a tablespoon of vinegar into jars and pour boiling marinade over. Roll up and leave upside down to cool completely. Store in the cold.
In the top desserts of the beginning of autumn are apple pies. For this option, choose firm and juicy apples so that the slices do not lose their shape during the baking process.
Needed for the test:
180 g flour; 90 g butter; 3 art. l. Sahara; 2 tbsp. l. cold water.
Other Pie Ingredients:
3 large apples; 3-4 st. l. Sahara; 60 g butter; 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice.
For the dough in a bowl, grind the flour with pieces of butter and sugar into crumbs. Add water and knead the dough. Spread the dough around the bottom of a round springform pan, forming high sides, and while you cook the apples, refrigerate.
Wash the apples, cut into slices, cutting out the core. Sprinkle the slices with lemon juice. Melt the butter and sugar in a high skillet over medium heat, add the apples and simmer, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the apples from the pan without juice into the form with the dough. Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes. Then choose a form, pour over with apple juice, spread the butter cut into pieces on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
Add hot chili ketchup to the zucchini marinade. It will turn out a wonderful spicy snack for meat and potatoes.
Ingredients (for one half-liter jar):
500 g zucchini; 250 g of water; 40 g of sugar; 10 g of salt; 50 g spicy chili ketchup; 40 g of vinegar 9 percent; 3-4 black peppercorns; Bay leaf; a spoonful of vegetable oil.
Put a bay leaf at the bottom of a sterilized jar and add peppercorns. Cut the washed zucchini without large seeds into cubes, tamp into a jar and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, butter, ketchup, stir and bring to a boil. Pour vinegar and marinade into a jar, roll up. Let cool on the lid under a blanket, then store in the cold.

4 eggs; a glass of sugar; a glass of flour; 3-4 apples; 1 tsp baking powder; 1 st. l. vegetable oil.
Beat the eggs with sugar, then gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder, stirring not with a mixer, but with a spoon. Washed apples cut into slices and put in a form greased with vegetable oil. If you like, sprinkle them with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Fill the apples in the form with dough. Bake to a dry toothpick in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool the finished charlotte in the form, select on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
Hearty and original appetizer pie made from zucchini, onions, cheese. Perfect with sour cream for dinner. Try it for sure!
Ingredients:
3 medium zucchini; large bulb; garlic clove (optional) a bunch of greens; 50-80 g of hard cheese (you can mix); 50 g flour; 50 g butter; 3-4 st. l. sour cream; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Peel the onion and garlic, cut into cubes. Rinse zucchini and greens, dry. If the zucchini is dense and with large seeds, then cut out the peel and the soft middle. Cut the zucchini into large cubes.
In a pan in vegetable oil over medium heat, fry the onion and garlic until soft, then put the zucchini cubes and fry, stirring, for about 10 minutes. Season with salt during the frying process.
In a bowl, combine flour, cubes of cold butter, grated cheese, grind into crumbs and, wrapping with cling film, put in the freezer for 6-7 minutes.
Transfer the vegetable frying to a refractory form, level it, pour over with sour cream, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Sprinkle crumbs of flour, cheese and butter on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Cool slightly and eat with a large spoon. Enjoy!
This kebab can be cooked on a frying pan or grill. Great idea for a picnic in nature. Catch the last hot rays of the sun!
You will need:
chicken breast (fillet); zucchini; 2-5 purple onions (depending on size) 2 cloves of garlic; 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce; 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice; pepper and spices to taste.
Peel the onion and garlic, coarsely chop the onion. Cut zucchini and chicken into large pieces of approximately the same size, cut out the soft part with seeds from zucchini.
Soak wooden skewers in apple juice or cold water if you don't have small iron ones. Put vegetables and meat in a bowl, add oil, soy sauce, spices, mix gently. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
It remains only to string the onion, zucchini and chicken on skewers in any order and fry. The chicken cooks quickly, make sure that clear juice comes out when pierced.
Such kebabs can be served with vegetables, cereals, rice. Also serve your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
