  • Apricots - they contain potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron. One of the main functions of these fruits is to improve oxygen metabolism in cells, also remove toxins from the body and fight bad bacteria.
  • Oranges - rich in vitamins A, C, B, P, magnesium, calcium, iron. They strengthen the body, have a temperature-lowering effect, lower cholesterol and stop bleeding gums.
  • Carrots - they can also be part of the menu. They contain vitamins A, C, K and potassium. They soften and strengthen the skin, making it smoother.
  • Milk - is also indicated for rubella, as it is characterized by bactericidal properties. It also contains lactose, which is needed for calcium absorption.
  • Honey - a useful product that includes in its composition B vitamins, with, also potassium, calcium, sodium. Honey has antibacterial and antifungal properties, heals cuts, copes with skin inflammation, maintains a strong human immune system.

Nothing other than the above products is taken during the diet. Water should be drunk and the fruit should be fresh. Consumption of dried fruits soaked in water is allowed. Bread is forbidden.

In addition to this diet, doctors recommend paying serious attention to proper nutrition. The body is in dire need of vitamins and minerals, which can be obtained through all fresh fruits and vegetables.

  • Water and green tea should be cooled, and their amount - between 1.5 and 2.0 liters per day.
  • We should not forget about the products that are sources of calcium and potassium - they remove fluid from the body. Available in: dried apricots, beans, seaweed, prunes, peanuts, raisins, potatoes, walnuts, cheese, cottage cheese, cream, pistachios, oatmeal, almonds. It is important to eat a balanced diet, 4 - 5 times a day, in small portions, not to overeat. Eat protein (they cope with the feeling of hunger: lean meat, fish, seafood, milk, cheese), fats (have a high energy value: butter, high-fat dairy products, fatty meats and fish), carbohydrates (contained in all fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and cereals).
  • Blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and cherries are also considered useful. They perfectly strengthen the weakened immunity. Eat sorrel soup because the plant contains vitamins B, C, K, E, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and iron. Sorrel increases hemoglobin in the blood, and is used as an antidote for poisoning.
  • Boiled prunes are also useful because they contain vitamins A, C, B, PP, fiber, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus. These fruits have antibacterial action, so they are recommended for infectious diseases.
  • You can drink sour whey - it cleanses the body perfectly.

Harmful products for rubella:

  • products containing caffeine, which leads to excessive moisture loss;
  • too fatty food, smoked products - they are difficult to process and poorly digested;
  • alcohol and smoking - poison the weak body with toxins;
  • salty and spicy products - prevent the removal of fluid from the body;
  • There is an opinion that in the presence of rubella fever, meat and dairy products, cabbage and bread should not be consumed (this is explained by the fact that in such a state of his body it is difficult to cope with high-calorie food).
