The weather pleases and calls to nature! Time to take out your light overalls and your new picnic basket! And in it we will add everything you need for delicious and satisfying homemade burgers. We offer step-by-step recipes for cooking a burger with fish and vegetables and a cheese burger with meat. You can build them in 10 minutes!

Cheese burger or picnic cheeseburger

Our picnic burger has three types of cheese and cheese sauce (you can use it to your taste). Cutlets can be fried from any minced meat or minced meat. We have a budget cutlet from the liver, as well as fresh cucumber and greens. Products for two burgers:

Burger bun - 2 pcs. Cutlet - 2 pcs. Cucumber - 1/2 pc. Mozzarella - 100 g Hard cheese - 30 g Processed cheese - 4 tsp. Cheese sauce - 2 tbsp. l. Greenery

1. Prepare food for burgers (buns must be fresh), you will also need foil.

2. Cut the cucumber and mozzarella into slices.

3. Cut each burger bun lengthwise, grease with melted cheese, it does not flow and is not absorbed, this will keep the buns whole and dense.

4. Put cutlets on the cheese, then mozzarella, hard cheese, cucumber slices. Do not add lettuce or other greens immediately, it will wither and will not look very appetizing.

5. Wrap each burger tightly in foil. So the burger will perfectly tolerate transportation, and in this foil it can be heated on a grill over coals. If you do not plan to warm up, then wrap the burgers in cling film. We take cheese sauce and fresh greens with us, grease it on the spot, otherwise the buns will get soaked from mayonnaise sauce.

6. I warmed up the burgers for 10 minutes on the grill to melt the cheese. She unrolled them, smeared the tops of the buns with cheese sauce, put greens. Ready!

Fish burger or fishburger

A tender fish cutlet can be prepared in advance at home, and warmed up on the grill at a picnic. It remains only to build a fishburger.

Ingredients:

Fish fillet - 400 g Onion - 1 pc. Egg - 1 pc. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l. Oat flakes - 2 tbsp. l. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l. Burger buns - 10 pcs. Lettuce leaves - 10 pcs. Tomato - 3 pcs. Pickled cucumber - 3 pcs. Shallots - 2 pcs. Mayonnaise - 100 g

1. Rinse the fish fillet, dry it. Remove the skin, remove the stones, cut into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice. Grind oatmeal. Combine pieces of fish, oatmeal, egg in a blender bowl, chop until smooth.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spread the minced meat with a spoon, forming cutlets.

3. Fry fish cakes on both sides until golden brown. Remove from skillet to a paper towel-lined dish to absorb excess oil.

4. Prepare the rest of the ingredients. Wash vegetables and greens, dry. Cut tomatoes, shallots and pickles into thin rings.

5. Cut the burger buns lengthwise into two pieces. Toast each in a dry frying pan or grill until golden brown. Now you can assemble the fishburger.

6. Slice the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise. Put the fish cake on top, then pickled cucumber or tomato.

7. Spread the onion, mayonnaise, lettuce.

8. Cover with the top of the bun. Bon appetit!
