Saturday
On Saturday, we want to sleep in, so we suggest breakfast later and more satisfying. A hot sub with meat, vegetables and cheese is a great choice for brunch. And early risers can enjoy a quick and super fluffy French omelette. Kids will definitely like such an egg cloud!
Start your lunch with zucchini rolls with cottage cheese and garlic filling. This appetizer perfectly stimulates the appetite! Then serve a thick soup with rice, egg and mushrooms. On the second - turkey breast stuffed with vegetables, and mashed potatoes with a secret.
We offer a light and bright dinner - baked hake on a vegetable pillow and thick raspberry sherbet.
Omelette "Pulyar"
Air omelette-soufflé from eggs and cream. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until stable peaks. Pour the yolks into the pan, then distribute the protein mass on top and fry until the omelette stops sticking to your finger. Fold the finished omelet in half, cut into pieces and serve.

Submarine in foil
For those who get up late and love hearty breakfasts, this is a meat submarine recipe in foil. You will get large juicy sandwiches with minced meat, ham, vegetables, tender cheese and spicy sauce. On Sunday mornings, indulge in pastries such as scones with pickled cheese and seasonal vegetables.
For lunch, serve a light carrot cream soup with croutons, a meat loaf with vegetables, and spicy green beans with walnuts.

Steam tender cutlets of chopped salmon with spinach - in a double boiler or slow cooker, or even by adapting a pot of water and a metal sieve. Serve with rice and eggplant salad.

Fry eggplant rings in a grill pan, season with garlic, mint and freshly ground pepper. We complement the salad with halves of cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and refrigerate before serving.

Chocolate cake with zucchini
We will prepare the dough for the cake from flour, eggs, sour cream, sugar, butter and grated zucchini. Add cocoa and chopped chocolate. We will bake until a toothpick is dry, and then decorate with icing and berries. The cake turns out to be rich, moist, soft, you will never say that zucchini is included in the composition!
