Feeding In Infertility

In this article, learn more about Feeding In Infertility. Feeding in infertility.

Infertility is the inability to reproduce through sexual intercourse of people of childbearing age. A couple is considered sterile if, during regular sexual intercourse (at least once a week) within a year, without the use and use of contraceptives, pregnancy has not occurred. Infertility occurs in both women and men.

Causes of female infertility

  • removed fallopian tubes or fallopian tubes (or are impassable);
  • genetic factors;
  • adhesions in the pelvic organs (they may form after undergoing gynecological surgery or be a consequence of various inflammations);
  • hormonal (endocrine) disorders;
  • the uterus is missing or underdeveloped (for example, in an adult woman the uterus is underdeveloped and similar in parameters to that of a child);
  • endometriosis;
  • the woman has antibodies against the sperm (this is called immunological infertility);
  • sterility of the woman, which can be manifested by pathologies at the chromosomal level;
  • psychological factor or so-called psychological infertility (in which a woman does not want to have children, sometimes unconsciously), manifests itself in the form of various fears (childbirth, weight gain, loss of attractiveness, unwillingness to give birth to a child by a particular man).

Causes of male infertility

  • sexual disorders (ejaculatory disorders or dysfunction);
  • urogenital problems;
  • anatomical pathologies and changes in the genitals in men (hypospadias, vascular problems, cystic fibrosis, increased secretion density, surgery);
  • increased or decreased testosterone levels, endocrine diseases (hyperprolactinemia, hypogonadism);
  • heredity;
  • radiation exposure, chemotherapy, toxins, fever;
  • genital injuries;
  • testicular capsule;
  • sexually transmitted diseases, various inflammations;
  • lack or insufficient presence of sperm (sperm);
  • a small number of moving sperm and an increased number of abnormal sperm in shape and structure;
  • white blood cells in semen are in greater quantities than normal (such disorders occur after inflammatory processes).

Common causes of infertility include being overweight in both partners (fat deposits put pressure on the urogenital organs and as a result lead to various problems with them) or vice versa - excessive weakness (in women, menstrual problems begin, all shrink organs, and in men the activity of sperm decreases).

Also, infertility can be combined (both partners suffer from this disease), combined (in the woman or in the man there are several factors or causes of infertility, for example, a woman has blocked tubes and endometriosis).

Infertility can also be primary (a woman has never been pregnant) or secondary (occurs after the birth of one or more children due to various factors or disorders in the body). This diagnosis is also made if the woman is pregnant but has not given birth for any reason, such as miscarriage.

Infertility is not a sentence or a death, it can be temporary, especially as technology and treatment methods improve every day.
