Dealing with the problem of body aches is not an easy task. It can occur at any time and has a different intensity. It makes us feel uncomfortable, especially at work. There are many medications on the market that bring instant relief, but also side effects such as nausea, dizziness, headache, fatigue and others.

Statistics show that nearly 50 million Americans suffer from chronic pain. Many of them need more serious care because they become incapacitated due to a health problem.

There are several alternative ways to deal with pain in different parts of the body. These are acupuncture, spinal anesthesia, massage therapies, relaxation techniques , tai chi, yoga. We can combine them with a diet that will also help reduce pain. Here are the foods that are appropriate in this case:

Recommended for consumption by people who have osteoarthritis. Ginger also relieves migraine pain and muscle aches after intense exercise.

If we have a cold and flu, we can grate some ginger and mix it with honey. We should not ingest more than 4 grams per day, and for pregnant women the amount should be 1 gram. It is good to know that ginger tea also helps, but it is almost as strong as coffee.

Spinach

Two bowls of spinach are enough for the day to replenish the vitamins that relieve pain. Vegetables can be made into smoothies, salads, as well as cooked in different ways.
