How To Cook Chicken Soup With Noodles, Curry And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, cut into sticks
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1 can of coconut milk (shake vigorously) of 400 milliliters
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 2 tea cups shredded boiled chicken
  • 1/3 tea cup of coriander, finely chopped + more for garnish
  • 1 small packet of noodles (instant spaghetti)

Method of preparation :

Take a saucepan and pour the coconut oil into it and heat on medium heat. Add onions, peppers and carrots, cook for 6-8 minutes until soft. Add the garlic, season a minute later - curry, paprika, salt.

Pour the coconut milk and broth. After boiling, add the chicken, coriander and noodles.

Cook until the pasta is ready and serve with lemon and coriander leaves.

  • 4 teaspoons cups of chicken broth

  • 1 cinnamon stick
