Required products :
400 grams of flour
200 grams of sour cream
200 grams of butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
For the filling:
250 grams of your favorite jam
1 egg to spread
100 grams of powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Remove the butter from the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before dealing with the horns so that it can soften enough. Mix it with the cream and gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder and salt.
Knead an elastic soft dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
When cool well, divide into 3 parts and roll each into a circle about 5 millimeters thick. Cut into triangles and distribute your favorite jam in their wide part. Then roll the horns and spread with beaten egg.
Arrange in a greased pan (or covered with parchment), sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake in the oven at 190-200 for about 20-30 minutes (until golden).
Enjoy your meal!
Necessary products:
300 grams of flour
250 milliliters of water
50 milliliters of oil
300 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of sugar
30 grams of soft butter
1 egg
vanilla sugar
raisins
dried cherries
Method of preparation:
Start with the dough. Pour the flour into a deep bowl (to form a pile). Mix the water, oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and immediately add to the flour, stirring with a spoon. Stir quickly first with it, then knead with your hands. Allow the dough to cool completely, during which time make the filling. To do this, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, soft butter, egg and vanilla sugar.
Divide the dough into pieces, the size of which depends on the size of the horns you want to get. If the pieces of dough are 20 cm long, about 10 snacks will come out. Roll out each part thinly with a little flour, add the cottage cheese, raisins and finally dried cherries (pre-washed and steamed). Depending on the season, you can use fresh, frozen or canned fruits (also wild). Roll up a roll and press its ends. Arrange the resulting horns in a tray lined with baking paper, spread them with egg and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 - 35 minutes.
