There are conflicting opinions about whether meat should be eaten or not. In fact, it should be consumed in moderation to bring health benefits. It should be part of the menu, as it is rich in nutrients. These include fat, energy, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, selenium , protein, vitamin D, vitamin B complex and zinc.

Meat should be eaten as it prevents anemia. This is due to the iron in it, which is responsible for the production of hemoglobin . The main symptom of anemia is fatigue and lack of energy.

Meat also maintains the health of the cardiovascular system when consumed wisely. Nutrients such as omega-3, zinc , selenium and protein help strengthen heart tissue. It is also important to note that meat should be consumed in moderation, as excessive consumption of meat, in fact, impairs the normal functions of the heart.

Meat is also good to eat for good mental health. Because it contains omega-3s, various chronic diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease are prevented. Other minerals found in meat also strengthen the brain and slow its aging.

In addition to aging, eating meat is associated with slowing cataracts. It is a degenerative disease that can lead to blindness and visual impairment. Delay of eye disease can be achieved with minerals such as omega-3 fatty acids and zinc, which meat contains.

Meat is also rich in vitamin D, which can prevent rickets. This disease most often affects children because their bones are weak and fragile and therefore the risk of fractures increases . Thus, eating meat, especially red meat, helps maintain bone density.

In addition to bones, meat is also good for building muscle. Regular inclusion of protein in the diet increases muscle strength. Again, red meat is preferable because it is rich in zinc, which strengthens bones.
