How To Cook Risotto With Tomatoes, Parmesan And Basil - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Risotto with tomatoes, parmesan and basil". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

200 grams of rice
2 onions
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
olive oil
connection fresh basil
50 grams of parmesan
100 milliliters of dry white wine

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in olive oil until transparent. Add the washed raw rice and let it cook, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.

Then pour the wine and leave the mixture on the stove until the grains absorb it. Then pour a little (one ladle) of hot broth and stir (use a wooden spoon). The rice should also absorb the broth. When this happens, add a little more liquid and so on until the rice is fully cooked.

Add the finely chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and season to taste with salt and pepper. At this stage, pour a little more broth and stir again until it is completely absorbed by the beans.

Finally, add the coarsely chopped fresh basil and arrange the dish on a plate. Put in each thin slices of parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes and serve the risotto hot.

Enjoy your meal!
