  • 2 large potatoes

Method of preparation :

  • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil.

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 diced onion
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tea cup of vegetables of your choice, diced

Method of preparation :

Required products :

  • 5 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons of crystal sugar
