Required products :
100 milliliters of boiling water
1 teaspoon green tea
100 milliliters of fresh milk with a fat content of about 3%
50 grams of fresh spinach (you can also use frozen)
2 bananas
2 tablespoons oatmeal (fine)
mint leaves

Method of preparation :
Boil green tea in water (boil for about 5 minutes), strain and leave to cool. Mix in a blender the spinach, chopped bananas, oats, mint leaves, crushed ice. Pour the cooled green tea and milk. Beat everything until smooth, distribute in suitable cups. You can decorate with mint leaves and chocolate drops if you wish.
Milk can be replaced with yogurt or kefir.

1 lemon
40 grams of honey

80 milliliters of rum (or cognac)
Method of preparation :
Put the tea in a suitable container and pour 450 milliliters of boiling water. Add the spices and let the drink brew for 10 minutes.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon, pour it over the tea and add the grated rind.
It is time to add rum or cognac.
Sweeten with honey to taste, strain and serve with sliced lemon.
