Required products :
100 milliliters of boiling water
1 teaspoon green tea
100 milliliters of fresh milk with a fat content of about 3%
50 grams of fresh spinach (you can also use frozen)
2 bananas
2 tablespoons oatmeal (fine)
mint leaves
ice cubes
Method of preparation :
Boil green tea in water (boil for about 5 minutes), strain and leave to cool. Mix in a blender the spinach, chopped bananas, oats, mint leaves, crushed ice. Pour the cooled green tea and milk. Beat everything until smooth, distribute in suitable cups. You can decorate with mint leaves and chocolate drops if you wish.
Milk can be replaced with yogurt or kefir.
