Tea

Tea is low in calories, helps hydration and is a useful source of antioxidants. Catechins - powerful antioxidants found mainly in green tea, are known for their anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. 
 
A study published in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology analyzed the effects of green tea , white tea and water consumption on stress levels among 18 young people. Leafy vegetables
