Method of preparation:
Blend the dates, beets, spinach, oats and chia seeds until smooth. Make small balls of the resulting mixture and roll them in coconut shavings. Put in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
You can replace the beets with 1/4 cup of raisins and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of honey to the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and roll the shaped candies in cocoa powder, coconut shavings or crushed nuts.

Wash chickpeas, pour cold water for 12 hours, then drain, pour a new one and boil the beans until ready (about 1-1.5 hours).
Once the chickpeas are soft, pour into a colander to remove the liquid. Put the beans in a blender, add the walnuts, cinnamon, honey and grind until smooth.

Divide the mixture between 12 silicone muffin tins. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and freeze for 1 hour. Take them out of the tins and put them in a plastic bag with a zipper and thus store, again in the freezer.
