Chop a quarter of young cabbage or half of Beijing cabbage. Cut a sweet pear into thin slices, crush some walnuts and lightly fry in a dry frying pan. Dress the salad with olive oil and lemon in a ratio of 3 to 1. The original fresh salad is ready!
