Necessary products:

  • 2 cups frog legs  
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped peppers
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 450 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1.5 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons spicy sauce
  • 1/2 glass of dry white wine
  • 1/2 glass of teriyaki sauce

 

Preparation:

 Melt the butter in a large bowl, add the onions, peppers, and parsley. Fry briefly and add the mushrooms and garlic. Stew for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, spicy sauce, and then pour the frog legs. Pour the wine and teriyaki sauce, reduce the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

The dish goes well with cooked rice.
