Here are some tips on nutrition that we have often heard from our mothers and grandmothers. Today it turns out that they are not quite as useful as we all think. Will you agree with scientists on these issues?
Well, yes, but research in the 20th century shows that breakfast doesn't have to be hearty and "dense". That should be lunch. The optimal ratio of caloric content of food is: breakfast - 30 - 35%, lunch - 40 - 45%, dinner - 25% of the daily menu.
A very controversial statement. A link between the two has not yet been proven. In other words, it is doubtful that if you eat soup every day, you will prevent the formation of ulcers.
Indeed, fruits and vegetables are useful, but not in all quantities. Excessive use could lead to unpleasant moments such as: bloating, heartburn, diarrhea. All this is a consequence of a violation of the digestive process. The other thing is that when you eat raw fruits and vegetables, it is good to do it before the main meal (on an empty stomach), and not after it. Otherwise, a process of fermentation begins in the stomach. This means again indigestion, bloating, etc.
Here the situation is very close to point 3. Of course, fats are harmful in large quantities, but in small - they are needed by the body. Let's remember the polyunsaturated fatty acids containing "fats" needed by man.
But isn't loss of appetite sometimes welcome, especially for those struggling with excess weight? Of course, this does not mean that we should replace food with sweets, but there are cases in which suppression of appetite before the main meal is a solution and is desirable.
This is the most common bad habit. The problem is this: getting into the stomach with food, these fluids make it difficult to digest, reducing the concentration of gastric juice. In addition, they increase the speed of movement of food through the digestive tract, which leads to a deterioration in the assimilation of the latter.
