Anyone who cares about their own health, of course, follows certain rules in eating. And, sooner or later (more often - early:)), the question arises, what would be "delicious" to eat with tea or coffee? After all, a person by nature is a sweet tooth: carbohydrates are necessary for the body at least to warm the body and work the brain. Cookies, candies , cakes, pastries, any other confectionery products no longer fit into a healthy diet. What then to enjoy for breakfast with coffee, during a lunch break or with loved ones over a cup of tea? Let's talk about alternative healthy treats .

First of all, it is worth determining which components of sweets are completely unacceptable for a healthy diet. This is margarine, sugar, flour. Those who like confectionery experiments can try replacing these ingredients in classic recipes with healthier options: use vegetable oil or high-quality butter instead of margarine; instead of sugar - stevia, honey, maple syrup; regular flour can be replaced with coarse flour, or even better - do not use it at all.

Here are some recipes for your attention.

Pancakes without flour

We replace wheat flour with almond flour.

  • 180 g of almond flour - it is sold ready-made, or you can grind almonds in a coffee grinder or grinder (you should carefully monitor the uniformity of the grinding - be sure to sift before mixing).

  • 2 eggs

  • 230 ml of milk/water

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix all products. Let the dough swell. Bake pancakes (it is more convenient - small fluffy pancakes) in vegetable oil.

If you don't have enough time or energy for "kitchen creativity" - there are simpler options for delicacies based on the "bought and eaten" principle. Healthy treats include fruits, dried fruits, honey, seeds, nuts (in raw, unsalted form), and everything else that does not contain flour and sugar. It is probably noticeable that in this list all the products have a maximum natural origin. As a matter of fact, it is worth starting from the "naturalness" of products, choosing the most useful for yourself.

Do you want to cook something both healthy and sweet at the same time? It's simple: turn on your imagination and combine the above products to your own taste in the recipe for sweets !

Useful candies

  • 3 tablespoons of flax seeds - grind in a coffee grinder.
  • 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds - grind in a coffee grinder.

  • 5 dates - soak in warm water, remove the stones and mash in a blender into a paste-like sweet mass (without a blender, the same effect is achieved when using a garlic press or chopping with a knife).

Mix all the prepared ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained, mold it into balls and roll them in a couscous. Half a walnut can be "squeezed" into each ball.

You can eat candies right away, or you can leave them in the refrigerator "for later".

Another example of healthy and tasty candies (PREMIUM)

  • 5-7 pitted dried apricots (apricots) - soak in warm water and mash in a blender into a paste-like sweet mass (or use a garlic press or a knife).

  • A handful of cashews - grind in a coffee grinder or blender.

  • Honey to taste.

  • Coconut shavings for rolling.

Mix the prepared dried apricots and cashews into a homogeneous "dough", taste it and sweeten it with honey to taste (you can add a few dates instead of honey), mold candies of any shape and roll them in coconut shavings (it is most convenient to roll candies in the form of balls).

All of the above-described recipes are subject to your own creative processing - so the treats will turn out to be even tastier, because you will invest in them your creative energy - the most powerful, kindest and most life-giving.

When it comes to healthy sweets , what lies on the surface is often forgotten - fruits and berries! What could be tastier in summer than a fresh fruit salad with sesame sauce; or for a berry mousse sprinkled with nuts?... You feel so easy and natural, enjoying such "dishes" (if you can call them that, because they are products in their natural form). So let's taste natural with health benefits!
