The oil has a beneficial effect on the heart muscle.

Omega 3, 6 and 9 are useful in diseases of the nervous system and obesity. To get the necessary amounts for the body, it is enough to take 1 tablespoon of hemp oil daily. The maximum is 28 milliliters.

Saturated fatty acids, represented by palmitic, stearic, arachidonic acids, occupy 8-12% of the composition of the oil. The product is useful as a prophylactic against the development of these health problems, for vegans - to provide the necessary substances to their body, which do not enter, due to the lack of animal fats and proteins in the food they eat.

Harm and contraindications

Hemp oil is contraindicated for use in case of individual intolerance to the product itself. It should not be subjected to heat treatment, because this will turn the useful fatty acids into dangerous to health. Storage conditions also affect the product, it should be in tightly closed containers, stored cold (in the refrigerator).

Hemp seed oil can exacerbate diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, lead to diarrhea, pancreatitis.
