Add the soda to the curd, pour the milk, and beat everything using a blender. Then transfer the mixture to a saucepan and place on the stove to heat, but stir constantly.
When the curd begins to melt, add the butter, salt, and chopped dill to taste.
Prepare until the curd is completely melted, a thick paste should be obtained. Divide it into molds and put it in the fridge to harden.
Of course, you can replace fennel with mushrooms, herbs or anything else of your choice.
