It is quite possible that during the Olympics, many of us will once again want to change our lives, starting to run every morning and only finally thinking about healthy eating . Experts in sports such share what underlies the menu of the competitors and what rules should be followed while adhering to the sport Diet and .
According to experts in the field, to achieve the desired results in a sport, two things are needed: exercise and recovery. If you are unable to recover after a workout, then the next dose of exercise will be meaningless - it pulls the athlete back. First of all, recovery is expressed in nutrition, which gives the body energy and "building material" to build new cells. Proper nutrition is the best medicine for many diseases.
The basis of the diet is the same at each level of preparation. According to sports nutritionists, there are five rules that must be followed, regardless of the degree of load. We will introduce you to them.
Each product belongs to a certain group. These groups are divided into six. We present them to you in the order in which they should be used, the foods included in them:
Everything can be consumed as long as the sequence is followed, however, some people may again develop intolerance to certain foods. For some of them it is recommended to use no more than 3 groups of products.
In addition, it is important that foods from different groups are not mixed, but taken separately, because in this way they are absorbed much better. For example, if you take a sandwich with meat, salad and cheese and eat all the ingredients separately, the benefits will be greater. But if you swallow it all at once, the body simply will not be able to excrete all the substances needed to absorb such a combination.
Meat salads, soups and burgers - all this is evil according to sports nutritionists . It is even believed that the reason for the appearance of the soup is poverty. These dishes were cooked to feed a large family (quantity at the expense of quality). Bacon (fats) is useful (in reasonable quantities). It is absorbed 100% by the body, contains many "building materials" for the body and is characterized by high energy value.
Finally - liquids are taken before meals and only water, if possible in large quantities. Drinking it while eating does not have a good effect on digestion, and if it is after that - wait at least 40 minutes.
This is one of the best known and worst followed rules. During this period it is necessary to eat every two hours. At 7 o'clock in the evening our stomach, roughly speaking, falls asleep: it works at half its capacity. Any feeling of hunger after 18:00 should be suppressed - this is a bad habit and nothing more. Changing habits is a difficult thing for everyone.
Of course, in small quantities these products are not harmful, but overdoing them is a huge mistake for athletes (and not only). If everything is clear about alcohol, then with mushrooms and sugar the story is more delicate.
First of all, sugar should be banned altogether as we know it. This white sand is a real poison. In nature, such a product does not exist, it is created by chemical treatment. Sugar removes calcium from the body, resulting in wilting and premature aging. Take for example two people - one at 16 and the other at 60. The body of the former has six times more calcium than the body of an adult.
As for mushrooms , they are not absorbed by the body. There is nothing useful in them, everything is a myth. Consume them if they are not harmful, but it is useless.
That's how big our stomach is. If you ate a larger amount and drank beer, for example, this will not be so easy for you. By inflating your stomach, you "suffocate" other organs, including the lungs (breathing occurs), bile, liver (indigestion occurs), and you actually feel like you have a mild hangover. If you often eat this way, sooner or later you will inevitably have a number of gastrointestinal problems. Athletes don't do that to themselves, so don't do it.
You should not prepare and consume food when you are subjected to any negative emotions. This is already in the field of psychology, but it is important. Any such feeling is directly related to a particular organ. For example, fear affects the kidneys (they stop functioning normally), metabolism is disturbed.
This is what the experts advise, and we wish you to be healthy!
